Role Overview
The Community & Volunteer Rep works closely with the President and Pool Rep to support team operations, volunteer engagement, and community involvement.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Partnering with the President and Pool Rep to ensure volunteer positions are filled in advance of meets and events
• Coordinating community engagement efforts, including Spirit Nights and other fundraising opportunities that support the team
• Planning and coordinating team events throughout the season, such as:
  • Meet the Coaches / Evaluations
  • Mentor Breakfast
  • Spirit Night / Senior Night
  • End‑of‑Season Banquet
• Assisting with social media and team communications as needed
